If you’re laying down sit-up legs straight or bend 90 deg on your side. As long as your legs go straight and your back is straight like you’re sitting up, it pulls the hammy out naturally and instantly stops the pain but you got o chill there for a bit breath it out.   2. Drink more water and stretch before strenuous activity like sitting and talking or sleeping to prevent cramps.

    I be getting them cramps in my toes and feets like Bobo's brobro too.
