15. The thing with the aluminum cans is that they put a very small layer of plastic over them to prevent contamination they do that with soda cans too

26. a real real good think to save the freshnes is a "weck"glass i'm fromgermany and use it liek i buy 20g put it in a weck glass and i keep it over 3 weeks fresh and complete air tide

29. I keep a can coozie over my mason jar, keeps most of the light out, doesn’t affect the jar or lid. Plus, I have several laying around, used to get them free a lot at festivals, etc, preCovid.

30. I think the tilt in the jar at 10 minutes might be for easier pouring.🤷also I find that wrapping a mason jar with black duct tape works well.
