If the US and/or Mexico legalizes marijuana or anything else the cartel has a hand it, there may be taxes but then there will still be circumventing of taxes through fraudulent tax documents and smuggling. Far less detectable. This method is disillusioned.

The comments he makes are very thought provoking. I was struck by his insight. Although we may be against certain things according to our own conscience such as marijuana, the government should not regulate whether we can use it. If we don't hurt a third party it should be up to the individual. Same with smoking tobacco or drinking alcohol. Second hand smoke may be harmful so have restrictions on where people can smoke. Don't just say they can't smoke.

this man seems to have some good pointers. the only subject I disagree with him or anyone who agrees, is that , you cant consume your cannabis meds and then drive. I think more test on cannabis meds and driving should be done. I have seen those who use cannabis meds drive and drive better than before. Just my thoughts on this matter .

Fox was talking about relationship between drugs and violence, he didnt mention anything about corruption (in his goverment he promoted corruption), I replied a comment about the same relationship (drugs & violence) so, Mexíco's violence would decrease by having drugs regulation, right?, What about corrupt police, judges, majors, etc? Mexico's real problem is corruption, if wanna arg with me, first read something about Corruption Perception and its relationship with violence,otherwise LEARN.
