  1. Again,I think you have read my post incorrectly..I never made such a statement that stoned people drive worst than sober or drunk people. I clearly cannot find how you read that into what I said. I clearly said a FACT. People will not leave the pot smoking at home even if it were legal like alcohol. Your assumption of reading my statement being an assumption is incorrest. Sorry that you read it wrong and took it the wrong way. I meant no hard feelings. Smoke up and re-read it again.

  2. Sorry I ran outta room on the previous reply, but to address your question, the part you are ASSUMING, is the part where you say stoned people drive worse than sober people…sadly enough studies all over the world are proving the opposite…that a person under the influence of cannabis is more likely to drive defensively and cautiously than people that are drunk, sober, or high on other drugs…so its odd…but cannabis users will actually drive BETTER! So…your assumption…was incorrect 🙁

  3. Clearly you couldn't understand my typed text. I was explaining to you that while you were correct about the impairment, you took it out of context. Impairment is not the only issue behind accidents…its impairment combined with over-confidence, which is not something that occurs with cannabis…it only occurs with other drugs…like alcohol. So, while we are impaired while medicated, our acknowledgement of that impairment negates its negative effects on our driving performance. Understand?

  4. What part of my statement do you feel is an assumption?..And before you answer, try re-reading my statement. I think you'll find that your comment just proves mine to be right. You clearly have already smoked a joint.

  5. There are numerous studies that indicate marijuana can impair the user, however, the user is conscious of their impairment, making them compensate with additionally cautious behavior, this trend is most notably seen among drivers under the influence of cannabis. On the other hand, alcohol not only impairs, but also instills false confidence that the user is not actually impaired, leading to dangerous behavior. Do your research, don't just claim assumptions. You clearly need to smoke a joint.

  6. I do wish they would legalize smoking weed. For the simple fact every smoker could smoke up at home and be legal. BUT,do you think it would stop people from carrying out into the public? NO,people would be smoking and driving and litterally causing more accidents than what is happening now. You can't tell me that smoking doesn't affect your capabilities of reflexes to drive,Cause I KNOW for a fact as an EX smoker, that it does. If you Smoke,KEEP it at home folks.

  7. Alchohol is probably like 100 times more dangerous and that is llegal there is on average 400,000 deaths alone in the US from drinking. With weed there is NO recorded deaths anywhere.
