AC Infinity is replacing my gen1 oscillating fan. I should have my Gen 2 later this week. They do not want your old unit back so it is not an exchange, it is a replacement. You must have purchased the product from them directly, I do not think they are offering replacements for product bought on Amazon at this time. AC is a good company and I am sure they will take care of Amazon purchasers when they have enough of a supply.

You can accomplish the same quality with a refrigerator, sieve, and chest freezer.
Definitely dont need a freeze dryer.
