  1. I cut eels in butterfly cuts. Makes them good for grilling. After that, I side it with sautéed liver, fried rice or mash potatoes and gravy, and sautéed beans.

    I’m sorry but, jellied eels looks disgusting. I get if that’s what you had to do to preserve the eel back in the day, but you can fry those mother fuckers now, like calamari and they taste amazing!

  3. Yeah he holds those pies very softly but I think we are forgetting is English food and not just any type of food, fast food I don't think any of the plates looked like actual food, for Christ sake
