BUYER BEWARE : formerly happy customer. After meticulous maintenance, charging habits, and always storing in the case, Peak base stopped working after a year and a half. Warrantee is only good for a year and the company WILL NOT repair the unit even for a fee. Unless you have $165 dollars to spend every 18 months on a new base, go elsewhere. Davinci Vape has a 10 year warrantee on their similarly priced, similarly “high end” products. Volcano has a 3 year warrantee and will repair your unit for $$ outside of that time. Puffco makes expensive landfill pieces. Heartbroken. STAY AWAY.

puffco peak has zero customer service. I tried contacting them about 5 times about a broken part of my new product. No replies. I had to spend an extra $40 to get my new product to work

When the rainbow light comes on check that the connection on the bottom the coil is down far enough to make contact. You can use your thumbnail to pull it out a tiny bit.

Con: most quartz inserts don’t have that lip that helps evenly heat the bottom surface & that also makes it move around a bit within the groves of the top atomizer cap
