Actually had a pretty big cyst drained/tissue removed front my face years ago. They just numbed the area and used a scalpel to open it and forceps to remove tissue. Really sore after local anaesthesia wore off and I had stitches for a little bit that didn't look as cool as I'd hoped 😂. I never used scar cream on it and right now it's kinda just a really faint crease that looks like a second dimple when I smile. Probably once it fades and shrinks it won't really be that noticeable in videos or maybe even in person. Mines never actually bothered me at all. Good luck tomorrow 🙂
