  1. Really 10 times better than almost every YouTube traffic ticket video I have seen. I wish you could write enforceable mandates for minimum amounts of info every YouTube video should require. I say this in jest of course but your heart definitely comes through. Thank You

  2. Hello, I was pulled over in Dallas Texas and they said that I was going 51 on a 35, I feel like if anything I was going 40 due to predominantly the area being 40 mph should I admit that in court or should I refrain because that is admitting fault in something? I leave work 30 minutes to an hour early only because I like being there early because of my position. I got pulled over at 11:37 am I had to be there at 12:00 and was only 15 minutes away. What can I use to help my case? I was thinking about bringing google maps to help my case and I will inform you my average speed was 23 mph on my car

  3. Hey! I noticed you reply to comments! Ill give it a shot.
I got pulled over in toronto ontario , for turning right during a storm on a no right on red traffic light. I did later on go check and there was the sign, but I had missed. I plan on dipsuting the case, im new in the city, was doing uber deliveries, clean driving record.
Do you have any advice regarding the no right on red traffic infractions?
    Much appreciated

  4. On november 4th I was issued a speeding ticket for doing 76 in a 55 while flowing with traffic because I decided to pass on the left, cool, on the ticket my court date was "scheduled to be handled on 11/19/202" is that enough time to follow up with some of the tips in this video or should I request a continuance? I'm from New York and the incident took place in the province of New Rochelle

Edit:Drivers do 70 normally on this particular stretch of highway and the cop was already in motion when he claimed the radar read a high speed while his car was already in motion near other cars

  5. I am from Texas and was driving through Louisiana. I didn’t see the speed limit posted and I was just going with the flow of traffic. I cannot say whether or not I was speeding because I didn’t look at my speedometer and I hadn’t seen the speed limit. Is it better to contest it or ask for a deferment or driver’s education? I also see that Louisiana is one of only a few states where I can do trial by written declaration.
