  1. In general 'indica's' don't have more CBD in them.
It's primarily the terpenes mediating the effects of the cannabinoids.
'Sativa's' are generally lower in myrcene and usually higher in limonene.
Allthough variations, different chemotypes are all around.

There are over 100 cannabinoids, up to 200 terpenes and about 20 flavonoids in the Cannabis genus,
it's not just a matter of THC and CBD.
If that would be the case, then two strains with identical THC/CBD concentrations would give identical effects, which of course, isn't the case at all.
Cannabis' stimulating, sedating & psychedelic effects are a result of a mixture of different molecules that act synergistically, like lots of other herbs.
For example: you cannot take an active compound out of valerian root, as the active properties of the plant are the result of all the compounds in them working together.
In Cannabis it's a very similar scenario.

  2. I mean these are two prime examples of the dysfunctional messes of people that fight for the legalisation and leniency of weed. There is a reason it’s a illegal and frowned upon, not only is it a gateway drug it’s offers no medicinal benefits it’s all bullshit. If you use medicinal purposes as an excuse it’s a poor one, if a doctor prescribes something that’s the right solution. Wasters!
