Thailand definitely passed them up for that exact reason. They asked what do tourist want the most and made it legal. When they first made it legal, they had people passing out out free immature plants to start growing for free. My step sister is from Thailand and just got back a week ago from a visit. Said it’s absolutely flooded but the quality of the cannabis is low because there growing environments. They should try temp. Regulated greenhouses!
