Good idea but you should have fried off your gnocchi in butter and little oil and should brought it to a golden brown colour and then finish off the sauce in the same pan. Would have been a better result.
@Munchies. Do I need to subscribe in order to get ratios for what was cooked? It's kinda hard to follow as an amateur chef. Thanks. I hope you guys will realize this in the future when you have people interview cooks. Cheers!
