11. Hey Shane and Dan, I've been following/watching you guys since 2014. Always enjoying your videos with some 420. Here is the build up to my question…I've been very passionate and knowledgeable about cannabis for some time, with some great research under my belt. I'm located in LA, and I have had an interest in breaking into the cannabis industry for some time. I have tried for several years, and have landed about 11 interviews in the industry with no luck of being hired. I feel that this industry, especially store fronts discriminate against hiring guys. It seems they only want to hire sexy girls, and they let a good candidate like myself pass them by. Do you feel the industry still discriminates in this way? I also feel that I sometimes intimidate the people interviewing me, because they feel I know too much. What can I do to better my chances of breaking into this industry? 16. Michigan medical dispensaries are like how you described how your dispensary used to be like!! We get to go in and there’s just jars and jars lines up on shelves and we pick em out and smell and they weigh it in front of you and all that good stuff. I guess Michigan is still in the “good old days” haha or were lucky
