4. Cannabis is not performance enhancing.
   Discriminating against athletes in the cannabis culture is a human rights violation.
   We don't discriminate against people for the performance enhancing benefits of high sugar or carbohydrates in their body.
   These decisions are arbitrary and irrational, and are based on ignorance, prejudice, and fickle precedent.
