I had a huge nug I save till the end of jar.. and broke it open and it was moldy-.- was soo mad. I now use humidity packs:)

Budrot is caused by stale air, soon as you have airflow mould doesnt grow, thats why oscillating fans are popular as the movement of the fan keeps the air moving at all times, like ive seen a fan break or stop working for 3 days and mould starts growing.
It’s mad how many guys in the uk community don’t even know what bud rot is or that it’s even possible

I had an oz outside in the greenhouse where i smoke and i always save the biggest nug for last. Smoking it over the course of a week and everything is fine, i come to crack this massive nug one morning and the inside of it is just covered in fluff and mould but looked fine on the outside. Could this be due to where its stored ? I have to smoke outside now and greenhouse is best option haha! In glass jar btw

Got an oz for a wee deal from a new dealer. Got the oz, it came in wrapped in tinfoil and some of it was sticking to the bud. Rolled a few at my friends house (it was dark and couldn’t see the rot) it tasted a bit shit but nothing too bad I thought. Went home and was putting it in a bag when I saw a bit too much brown on one of the buds. It looked like a bit of old baccy was stuck to it and then when I touched it it just crumbled off. Kept checking the rest of the buds and I was finding more of it plus little tiny brown/black balls in near the stems. Fuck knows what they where. The dealer said he done returns so I asked him the next day for a refund and sent him a video of it. He said it was just burnt and I never got that refund. I don’t buy from him anymore.
I will never forget the 1st time i saw mouldy weed. My mate decided to bury 18oz underground wraped in bags. It was there for like a week. I will never forget the smeell when he got it back and opened it 🤮
