  1. Every part. The seeds contain omega 3 and 6 and essential fatty acids. The fiber can be used for almost everything. Today it’s still used in the Navy for rope. It can also make hempcrete, which is beneficial in keeping a house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Unlike concrete or traditional home materials, hempcrete allows the house to breath, so people with medical issues don’t get Sick House syndrome. One of the most important and overlooked benefit from hemp/ cannabis is that it is a “mop crop”. Which cleans up watersheds and pollutants from soil, even nuclear pollutants. The resilience of hemp allow it to choke out invasive weeds by planting hemp very close to each other it will choke out weeds. Etc…. Sorry for the rant. Plants are pretty cool. I could write a dissertation about this wonderful plant.
