  2. Thank you Dr Jones for all your information I have told so many of my friends about you and how much you help animals with home remedies which I have used on my own German Shepherd who took a major reaction to brevacto at the vets they knew he was allergic and gave him a bigger dose due to his weight he now struggles when his coat is casting he takes hot spots and as you said in video about licking a specific spot I’m using the canestine cream and he’s doing well thank you much love to Tula from me & Geo xx🐾💕🐾💙

  3. Go to raw prey diet (BARF) as it fulfills EXACTLY what their body needs & especially what it doesn’t need. Know that spaying & neutering before 6 years of age can cause disruption in endocrine system leading to hormonal damage. Cushings Disease is typical from this disruption. This also causes hair loss on back flank.

  4. My cat was recently hospitalized with a blocked urinary tract. His urine was full of blood and bacteria but he had no crystals in his urine. The first time he came home he was leaking a constant stream of urine, was extremely restless, his coordination was off causing him to stumble like a drunk sailor when trying to walk, he would not stop drinking water until he passed out alongside his water bowl, he had difficulty holding his head up. After he passed out submerging his head in his water bowl without picking it back up I got freaked out and rushed him back to the vet as soon as they opened the next day. At that time his body temp was 4 degrees below normal and he was hospitalized for another 2 days. When he came home the second time he was no longer leaking urine and seemed to feel much better but he had a huge patch of missing hair by the scruff of his neck along the top of his shoulder bones. I called the vet to ask what that bare patch was from and she told me he had been given a new pain medication that is applied topically in that area and that it must have caused his hair to fall out. The medication is Zorbium and was recently approved for topical use in cats. I then went and researched what others were saying about the drug and effects their cats had, I read a lot of adverse effects including lowering body temp but I couldn't find anything about hair loss at the site it was applied. His skin is naked. No fuzz, no fur, just pink skin. Its a huge spot over a few inches wide and several inches long. I am hoping it grows back and is not permanent.
Luckily, I found you while researching blocked cats. Despite my vet poo pooing the idea of supportive supplements for his urinary tract, I started him on cat supplements that include cranberry, marshmallow and echinacea and switched him to wet food only in order to help heal his urinary tract and prevent a future blockage. He started feeling better and going pee less often with bigger results within 3 days with the supplements. I told the vet to write in his chart that he is never to be given Zorbium again. He is now completely back to normal, minus a huge patch of hair. Is there anything I can do to help his fur grow back?

  5. My dog was a 13 year old miniature poodle rescue who was completely bald. My vet did all types of tests on him to determine any illness and there were none that showed up in the various tests she did She recommended Melatonin. I began immediately. Within 3 possibly 6 months his hair began growing back. He kept his hair up until the day he died 4 years later.

  6. Good morning doc just stopping in to say good morning and watching your video good interesting stuff I've got a dog with some skin issues right now I'm going to try this your friend Marie from Tennessee have a great day you and Tula❤❤❤

  7. Female min-pin (brown if it makes a difference). approx. 12 yo. Rescued from a breeding situation when she was approx. 1.5 yo. She has always had very thin coat to where you could see the skin through it. Never seemed or seems to bother her. A few nodules that are small but solid (at least that I can tell). Want to try the vitamin E and /or castor oil I've seen in your other videos.

  8. And the question is "is it possible that exist in the vaccines" cause alocepia via hypoadenocorticoism, cushing, hypothroids??Most probably yess after a certain age ,after metabolisms (valid for dogs which had been periodically vaccinated)and free radicals to fight agains foreign subjects loose their defense system or other meds such as corticoseids or even antibiotics which can cause alocepia in both humans&animals. This boy will be tested soon as has been decided in case of a dormant/nonactive cushings and as you know we may not treat it via Vetoryl etc unless it is in active state but only via holistic means. In this case, believe me I wish his results to come positivr this time in order to know what to do…And for environmental allergies nothing to do with multiple dogs ….

  9. We had tests for thyroid, cushing and all resulted fine .Only HAD to come to conclusion that it was due to last rabies vaccine given.Unfortunately ,,it is a senior dog was waiting to reach US AND AS per USDA&CDC we shall still apply yearly rabies vaccine although some brands as you know have legal 3 year coverage as indicated on the brand.
