15. Not even gunna lie the rip !! But just for couple mths, the will stop accepting atomizers !!! I’m on my second one and this one is now broke, customer service is horrible !! I’m still waiting on the new one and it’s has been a mth and half and still not got lol !! Don’t waste ur money add little more cash get something better ! Just the customer service alone I wouldn’t deal with there company! No hate just being honest

23. I had one of these for about 3 months, the insert within 3 days was impossibly dirty and crusty. qtips stuck to it so had to either rip it dirty or soak it first and hits are very small. Switched to utillian 5 shortly after 100% recommend
