  1. $400 purchase with all the other stuff I purchased from them with my Zeus Arc GT. It gets delivered and I open it up and take the wrapping off. I turned it over to inspect the usb port under the magnetic tool and as soon as its flipped over the little magnetic top falls off and I see a tiny little thing fall between my legs and under my wheelchair.

    No issues finding the top but the tiny little part "even after crawling around on the ground" was no where to be seen. Turns out it was the sink screen that fell out and was lost. Not knowing if I could even use it without that tiny part I contacted their customer service and my gawd I wish I would have never purchased anything from this company.

    To say everything about them has been a bad experience is an under statement! Ive still not even powered it on and tried to use it but am still clueless how any airflow is going to get into a persons mouth through it's tiny little vents on the top that act as the power button. No joke you are supposed to put you mouth on and drawl from the same little spot you have to power on and off the device at. Disgusting and unsanitary!

    To me it looks like the are just selling Chinese manufactured garbage at a massive markup. All I can do it this point is dispute the charges until they allow me to return their still unused and other than the vape unopened junk…

  4. just unboxed my unit Zeus GT, as a total newbie to cannibis and putting anything together, I understand the spacer , but what about the 2 little gold piece, I think its called the gold flow piece…..does this stay in the chamber, does this need to be secure…..it sounds like its rattling around and comes out quite easily if I turn the unit to empty. Im in the charging stage, hoping to actually try my first vaporizer at 60 yrs old to help with migraines…Thank you, and great review and demonstration

I got this gadget with the iceborn and initially i feel somewhat disappointed as i am not getting the vapour smoke i have seen in some videos….its very light whereby you cant tell much of what you have inhaled….i do get feeling on a next level but would have been more confident if i could say the clouds that are being promoted…regarding the iceborn attachment it would be good if the rubber tubes would securely fasten to the adaptor i purchased…its very flimsy connecting the rubber tube to the zeus adaptor…..

  20. Great review! Only minor quibble… I believe it's a micro USB for charging, not a USB C. Wish it were USB C… but, overall this sounds like a fantastic device!
