My ice-born just came in currently sitting in the freezer for tomorrow but I was looking at the arcs mouthpiece and was surprised about two things 1 where the magnetic peace for the button should be there's absolutely nothing I was expecting maybe just a solid piece of rubber so you could turn on the arc GT. And directly under the mouthpiece where your botanicals sit there is nothing but a hole and what looks like space for a filter like device that is already inside the original arc lid. I ordered this directly from the Zeus website and I'm amazed that it seems like it's missing pieces

5. I dont like that its made with toxic parts why isnt it glass plastic and aliminimum no thanks ill take my chances with ceramic and glass on glass

6. What I don't understand is when I connect everything and inhale just to test if the air goes through good., it does. It's smooth and ready. So I connected it to my Extreme Q and as soon as Vapor goes in it starts to jam. I jams for no reason I don't get it I open it move the rods check them re place them right then it works for a little bit and then again BAM cant inhale its all jammed like no air is going throught. but if I don't have Vapor in there and I just dry run it to see how to air flow is, it never jams. As soon as I take a hit from my herb it does that. I cleaned it so clean I tried adding less water in the Iceborn, more. Its always the same

7. Just got one and not bad and does have bad plastic odor and the whole idea on product function is kinda stupid, it has no inner down stem tube so you have to almost fill the entire thing with water, i just put a tiny piece of rubber fish tank hose in (brand new) of course and works way better!!!!

8. What if you dont want to use isopropyl alcohol? Is there something else that can be used to clean it?

11. I just bought this for my plenty vaporiser and used it twice….WOW!Then my luck my plenty died😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
