  1. Correction, entourage effects been disproven already for the anticancer properties of most cannabinoids. terpenes have not been shown to be more effective with THC. Also they don't make it any worse either. So terps can be looked at as a preference. This whole school of thought came from people who were trying to use some bad science for a good cause which I always felt was the wrong way to attach federal prohibition. Only thing left I will say on that matter is religion should be separate from government, and most importantly science. Next, decarboxylation is only needed for edibles.and more complete breakdown of what's happening. Pyrolysis, or for cannabis consumption, smoking / vaping breaks the bonds of the electrons in the carboxyl, and as hydrogen is extremely reactive and one H has to be where the COOH was, the H goes back to the compound the C O O being good homies they r stick together as CO2 and it's a wrap. The physical properties of THC allows for this to happen at low temperatures, lower than it's boiling point. BP is 150. So for distillation collect the fraction at 149°c – 155°c.

  2. So it doesn’t matter what strain is used when making distillate? Specifically asking in regards to indicas and setivas. I’m understanding with your explanation that the properties associated with this is separated from the final product? So whatever terps that are added back is more flavor than effect? So everyone’s been just bullshiting about this in vapes? Thanks ahead for your reply

  3. Great video! I grow and refine my shit making like rosin and hash and edibles etc and always wondered what the dispensaries make. I wonder if edibles don’t need the entourage effect because your liver metabolizes it vs smoking/dab
