they tried to pass a bill in Georgia to ban Delta 8 itself this week, and so many protestors came out for the benefits of it and just advocates it goes against everything the hemp and farm bill was into legislature but you ca buy 150mg delta 9 live resin edibles that are hemp derived and way higher doses than 150mg, that is just a chocolate bar that bill to ban was a massive FAIL !! it got thrown out and delta 8 is staying legal! at least here

The DEA doing this shit is the same issue I have with the ATF trying to ban pistol braces. A law enforcement entity has absolutely no right to pass laws they only have a" right" to enforce them (I personally don't think they have a right to do either one, I'm just saying in regards to the law).
