  1. What do you know about hibiscus flowers/plants? My puppy has very "soft serve " stools, and I am just trying to figure out why. I really appreciate your channel and the Movember mustache!

  2. Dr Jones my dog kept on eating laurel cherries 4- 5 hours ago while visiting a friend and her garden. He refused to stop eating them while I was chasing him to try to stop him. So far he hasn't had a reaction to it. I shall see how he goes, if he's ill will contact our local vet.

  3. Thanks a bunch for this video. Now, my cat has been coughing on a daily basis, she had been diagnosed with feline asthma last month. Are there any specific plants that cause difficulty in breathing? Or can you tell me about a test that can identify what causes her the allergy?

  4. Sago Palm…..😢….No one knew…
Our 3 year old bull terrier was put down last night…because of liver failure due to the palm. We had no idea….but now I will be the biggest advocate of this heart wrenching fact. Im still in shock. 😢

  5. OMG! I just found a stray dog with a severe mange. Since i dont have work because of pandemic i used an aloe vera to treat her mange but sometimes she ate it. Im so bad. I just make her condition worst.. Thank you so much for the information.

  6. Thanks. Sago plant is common in japanese gardens. If a dogs is for a while playing in the garden and doesn’t bite the log or leaves, will they be poisoned? All these plants are poison only if pets bite these plants ( except the lily pollen)?

  7. What are some backyard plants/weeds that would make a cat sick? My 1 & 1/2 yr old half siamese blk ghost tabby has pica and will try to eat most grass/weeds, recently he ate what I thought was moss then threw up, had diarrhea and drooled for a couple days but is back to normal now. He has some food allergies as well.

  8. One of our cats came to us as a stray as a kitten. Now he's older and has recently started eating my plant that has grown from anise seeds. it seems harmless but I just wanted to make sure it's all right. It keeps growing longer so it hangs down where he can get to it. We keep trying to prop it up so he can't reach it, but for all i know maybe it is something that he would eat outside like he would grass.

  9. Is it only toxic to pets if they eat it? I have a succulent and apparently it’s toxic to cats. I really want to display it in my room. Is it safe, should I put it in my room with my cat?

  10. I know I’m late to seeing this video, but I have a 10 week old bullie and he ate some bougainvillea flowers, I’ve read this was mildly toxic to dogs. He is showing tired and lack of play but kind of wet bowels. Could I treat him naturally and will this cause him to die? For my kids sake?! We just got him anything will help , thanks!

  11. Very good vedios on poisons plants. Dr Jones do you have any vedios on Chihuahuas I have four. Thanks aging for being there for all of us. I like your mustache. God bless you and your family and all pets. Janine
