  1. I know this question isn't related to this video , but I wanted to ask for any home remedies , my dog has got canine flu and I don't like using vet medication unless absolutely necessary. So I was just wondering what home remedies I could use to ease his symptoms until the flu has passed ?

  2. Never thought about the compost good point. Can you do a review on which varmints are safe for your dogs to get into and which are not and why to teach the leave it command? I ask this because my dog flushed a vole and killed it, but I backed her off of it as I was told they can have a poisonous bite, for 2 weeks after that she had an upper respitory cold like issue, the doc said it was probably viral, she lived to a healthy 14 years and then a tumor got her in the end due to Proin but she lived on Proin pretty successfully for 6 years, the last year was rough. Thanks.

  3. Just used the tick key to take a tick off my pekingese. I don't know what it is around my Central NY area, but they are BAD here! She tested for lymes disease and has the vaccination now but what can I do to deal with the tick population or what can I give her that would help relive the ticks from biting. We also have 4 indoor cats and 12 chickens which I'm assuming will be susceptible. The cats, if a tick were to get on the dog and come into the house. This has been a topic that freaks me out. We keep the yard pretty well kept and mow when it's time but there's still snow on the ground and it's far too early to mow. We have sticks but no serious piles of wood that she can get into. This is how bad the ticks are here. It's technically not even that warm here and they as well as the mosquitoes are out in droves this early spring. CRAZY weather we're having here.

  4. I adopted an abandoned 4 year dog from streets. After I found his owners, I enquired if he had been vaccinated properly. But they seem to have a very casual approach. Mg doubt is, can I get him vaccinated against parvo at this age (may be he got it already, may be not).
