16hrs of light or more for cloning ! But not full light as that will burn all of the clone … I use my kitchen window with bubble wrap attached to the window ! Placed in a heated propagator for cool evenings, but not heated in daytime hours …
I knew I should have taken cuttings before she flowered! Damn! Well I guess there's always next year 🙂 Thank you for this perfectly simple explanation 🙂
I use water w/ a little h2o2 personally, but I would consider this essential for outdoor cuts (indoor too, but not as beneficial imo) that are coming inside.
I also shave the inch or so that gets the rooting hormone all around- giving a large surface area. Roots are gonna start horizontally anyway now, so I think it’s better than only having a 45-degree cut. I’m only a novice though… far from an expert
just some comments on the images that were shown: 1) In the picture it looks like you only have a leaf.. for anyone trying this, they will fail, as you will not get roots out of a leaf alone. 2) please don't put the cutting into the container of the rooting-gel/powder directly.. this will contaminate it and highly lessen the time it can be used for, possibly even sickening future cuttings.. it's better to pour a bit out into another container and then dip the cutting into there.. the leftovers should NOT be put back into the original containers.. 3) the 45 degree angle cut can be argued about, as this also means that it has more area for bacteria to come in.. not an issue if using a sterile knife, but that wasn't mentioned, so i recommend spending the few bucks on a surgeons scalpel 🙂

i lightly shave the 'skin' just above the angled cut. really helps root sites
Good video .. 12 hours for veging roots no.. but rythem beats lol ✌️
Cuttings need at least 16 hours of light not 12
Missed first half video was playing air guitar and trumpet some hype shit
12hrs of light would make the start to flower 😬
Careful not to over spray and water as you get stem rot and there dead.
Keep at 20 hours of light to keep mother plant Not buddy
Finally videos without 28 minutes of talking about their life idc about. Props up lol

Wouldn't it work if you drop the cutting into soil or would putting it in a glass of water be better?
I live in a small flat and just grow them on my windowsills because I like them.

Use a drop of superthrive in the first feeding(watering)… You will get big roots
I'm so bad at clones lol great info
