  1. You're supposed to double boiler the egg whites while whipping for the first half. The meringue shouldn't be so runny and sloppy. Also, most people don't expect to be eating raw egg whites. They should be pre cooked while whipping on a double boiler for 5 minutes or until 175 degrees with a candy thermometer.

  2. Nursing a semi working the first 18 seconds. God damn Farideh 🤣❤️ licking the whisk clean and looking into the camera is very naughty. Semi is gone!! Full blown automatic now. 🤣. I don’t condone guns any guns not even big ones haha. Damn right stiff and good!!! Love this girl. Definitely making this recipe. Looked incredible at the end! Thanks Farideh. ❤️
