  2. LoL, for someone that's filleted thousands of salmon, think would have learned how to do it right after the first hundred. That is the worst technique I have ever seen of filleting. So much flesh lost your way. You wouldn't be on the fillet line where l work with a low yield like that. Using a proper knife might help you, but after seeing that job you may as well use a chainsaw.

  3. Beautiful fish, wild salmon nothing like it , but I'm hard pressed to choose from sockeye and spring salmon. One fish that dosen't belong, with these is farmed salmon. The look and taste are unbelievable. Farmed salmon is tasteless, looks awful and is unhealthy. They spend their entire life swimming in their own poop, full of antibiotics and growth hormones. Eating that is like eating poison!
