Talented chefs. Seem like nice people. But where's the respect to their inspiration? Joe Beef is where Chuck worked and was trained, then he left and started his own place completely copying Joe Beef. Why not give the credit where it's due? He NEVER does in anything he's on and I find that disrespectful. Joe Beef wasn't the first Montreal restaurant and they constantly pay respect to the places that inspired them: PDC, Moish's, etc Why can't Chuck do this?
