  3. Dr.Jones is not joking about the cost of vet care going up. My vet of many years retired. A neuter of a male cat was $60+$25 for office visit. New vet that took over cost me close to $240 for exact same for my other male cat.

Eye doctor so my cat has been throwing up losing weight not eating drinking and luckily had some more IV fluid I've been giving that to her and feeding her a little bit of lickables with the extra vitamins mixed with water I was giving her Pedialyte in the beginning she's 10 years old so we moved and it really stressed her out and then my daughter changed her canned food to a different canned food which I tried with the pumpkin fresh pumpkin but I had left for a couple days and came back and she had only neaton twice which then threw up both times my daughter told me so I am baby in her watching her round-the-clock has a speak any suggestions please

  17. Watch your wallets for sure. Mine tried to sell me pain meds I already had and Gabapentin! I passed on Gabapentin and pain meds and I'm 100% sure they padded the bill with misc. BS. Sad! I'm not sure what some Veterinarians are thinking, but it will cause animals not getting new homes due to cost, some will end up in shelters due to cost. I'm all profit but not taking advantage of people! especially the way things are going right now. Unfortunate!

  31. my cat was hit by a car in October….someone who works at the vets was at the scene and took him to the vet. I was out the country when they rung….I asked about injuries and his head was mentioned. I could tell from her tone he had no hope.
    But when my husband went there….they didn't mention the head…and made out he had a chance.! The next day he was told there was. no chance…that's when he saw the head injury for the first time! they'd amputated his beautiful tail….imo to make it look like the bill was justified! And was handed a £1.5k bill.

    now I'm suspicious of the person at the scene of the accident who worked at the vets. Bit of a coincidence !

    Also a friends dog ate 3 grapes! he panicked and called the out of hours vet, who asked How many grapes this large dog had eaten…when told 3 he said…"get him here straight away…he's in danger!" they kept the dog in over night…the next Day they charged the guy £900, …the dogs treatment?….some charcoal!!
    When he told his regular vet he was astounded and said even 3 punnets would have probably just given him an upset stomach!

    I don't trust vets or doctors. Ive only had one Ethical doctor….and every vet has been a crook! .

    this is why I get my animal health care advise from veterinary secrets!
    I wish you didn't wear the snake and magic wand logo though doc. You're too good for that evil symbol
