I appreciate all the knowledge… I already learned something new and I'm only one darn video in. Lol 😂. So, thank you so very much. I'm going to be starting my first grow soon, and it's seriously been a dream I've always had. And here it is…. I know I'm going to learn a lot just from actually growing those beautiful plants.. and I'm blabbing.. my bad.. but again, thank you.
Kyle just blew my mind right at the end, lights on / fans on, lights off/ fans off, helps with humidity control at night, which i struggle with, thanks for the tip!
im not sure i entirely agree or understand kyles point about turning fans off at night. Like does this apply to small grow tents AND large scale ops? I grow in a few medium sized tents and my humidity does not fluctuate in the tent from fans, im running humidifiers and dehumidifers in the room. environment is controlled to the best of my ability
As an Integrated Pest Management Specialist I want to emphasize that sulfur burning is generally not allowed in the United States of America for commercial applications and this is because the sulfur dioxide produced by burning sulfur is very toxic, especially when inhaled (http://npic.orst.edu/faq/burningsulfur.html). You can learn more about this at the National Pesticide Information Center. Also, nematodes like Steinernema feltiae and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora do not work well against Rice Root Aphids, and the typical aphid-feeding ladybeetles are not typical controls for thrips like Western Flower Thrips. There is a special ladybeetle for spider mites, called Stethorus punctillum.
Whiteflies issue – i run a perpetual cycle, while spraying neem or purecrop1 the rows in week 1-4 kills the whiteflies but for the life of me i cant get rid of them on the rows that are week 5-9 either the plants start to die or i get PM, I've tried ladybugs which didn't work and I'm about to try filling the room with Co2 to 10,000 ppm "empty a whole bottle" and leave it for a hour to see if that works, any ideas? or should i just kill them off and start again…

Great info, I liked the tip about pH 9-10 water killing PM.
My Thai aunt in law uses coconut flesh scraps and it works great, bugs hate it.
