It seems to me bottle neck style doesn't allow for full extraction in the corners cause the concentrate has three layers to go through in the corners. Time wise for me is five minutes and I get great results. At two minutes you are not releasing all the extract. I use a nugsmasher, great machine. I wish I had one of these new IQ.
