My favorite way to stick the tip is just rip a gum part of another paper and, like band aid it around the tip and paper. So sturdy.
Cheap alternative : get yourself a pen, bic or anything plastic. Empty it. Wash it. Heat up a knife and slice the pen the size you want your tip.
