4. I live in US. While I can find this product on Amazon, it looks like it's just being sold by individuals who probably got a good deal on large stock quantities. If possible, I'd rather not buy it from someone I don't know, who's got a stockpile of it sitting in their house. It's not actually being sold by companies or stores. Could I give my pets another nasal spray that has the same active ingredient, Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride?
