I like 18/6 because even though they flower on their own I find that 6 hours of darkness gives them a rest period in order to grow healthier in my opinion.
I made a boo boo with my recent blue cheese autos I looked at them today and seen the dreaded curled under leaves (nitrogen toxicity) so yea I messed up….
Whats the go with DLI with them? Im guessing 18-20 hours so they still get a small rest and adjust the lights to hit the DLI by the end of the light cycle. Offsetting the power usage eg 12hrs @1000ppfd vs 18hrs @ what ever autos need, also making it easier to hit light drivers sweet spot for efficiency, while minimizing heat
Do you still have to start off at a lower wattage then work your way up with autos or do you just crank the light all the way up to 100%

Excellent I will do that when I move indoors but right now I am growing outside because the weather is still warm like wowe in Arizona.
