  1. Don't be hard on yourself esp during times like these. Your past weight or body type is someone else's goals.✨ Progress isn't linear and any progress that is made right now with anyone is exponential bc I feel like we as a society are in survival mode in some or many aspects. Hope this helps anyone that reads it.💐💜

  2. Man I’m with you right now. Past 2 weeks I’ve been jogging. I use to be able to run 5 miles without breaking a sweat, now 2 is killing me. In fact just took a hit and about to run. Good luck with your journey. You sound like me how disgusted you are with yourself.
