2. These devices have a common problem where they begin to turn on and off all by itself. If you look up this malfunction you will find many people who are experiencing this problem. Beware. (edit) After speaking with customer service they evaluated my situation and honored their warranty 👍👍. I'm glad because I really like it

7. Mine doesn't turn on, or if it does, i can't turn it off without turning heat on. 4 days of using. Solid brick but the chip seems to be not that good. Going for refund…

9. mine just arrived and its charging up , after going though 5 x DaVinci Ascents ( great Customer Service – crap product ) in almost 4 years my hopes lie with the TERA…..Further !

10. What I like most about this unit: seperate batteries. Fuck yes.

11. For sterilizing, make sure you use the highest tempt in concentrate mode! also, blow through the bottom airflow hole to really get rid of the factory nasties.
