  1. Thank you for this awesome video Dr. Jones. We have recently bought Lumenpro for our 13 yrs old American Cocker Spaniel (Jojo) as she has developed cataract and also glaucoma. She is currently on Azopt to treat her glaucoma. We have yet to start her on the Lumenpro but would like to get your opinion on this before we start Lumenpro. Will Lumenpro helps with her cataract and if it is safe? Thank you!

  2. I know personally for dry eyes, I used Castor Oil (make sure it's Organic and Hexane Free). My eyelids were sticking to my eyeball and it was painful as well as my eyes were just so dry. I watched a video here on youtube and a lady Opthamologist was talking about using the castor oil. I put a drop in each of my eyes before bedtime for 3 months; and I have no more dry eyes. Since using it for dry eyes, I've realized the castor oil was really meant for cataracts. 🙂

  3. How to differ from Lenticular Sclerosis.?
My understanding is that Cateracts is in spots in the lens wheras the former is the intire chornea that gets murky with age but does not impeed vision as much.?The reson asking is my litte one is pushing 15 and her eyes has gotten gray´ish.
The vet told me cateracts but she dosent seem to have trouble focusing..
    PS..
Shes still very spry, happy and in Xelent health..

  4. I'm furious. There are people out there saying not to give or use aloe vera for our dogs. It's good internally and topically. For those who try to keep us sick and on drugs, I say pooey!

  5. I been getting relief of dry eye with organic castor oil drops before bed for myself and I heard it also helps
with cataracts in people. I also read an article the same worked for their dog. Could you please share what you know
about the benefits of organic castor oil. I been researching that this has been a remedy since anchient times for
many ailments. Thankyou so much for your video's. I wish you were our personal vet. Your info is priceless.

  6. Thank you so much for sharing such valuable information. I appreciate all the work you do to help our pets (and us) using God's own wonderful natural remedies. God Bless you, Dr. Jones!

  7. Hey doctor Jones. My dog has inherited cataracts. She is 8 months old now and it seems the cataract is progressing fast. I’ve given her eye supplements but she also has multiple ocular inherited disease. Our vet said there is nothing we can do about her eyes problems but I was wondering if we could at least do surgery on the cataracts. Can inherited cataracts be removed by surgery?

  8. Years ago I had a book on dog pet care, and one of the topics was on cataracts. The article in the book suggested how well that Eucalyptus honey was for cataracts in dogs, BUT, that it also had been found to get rid of cataracts in humans, as well. Eucalyptus honey is, of course, very think, so it would be prudent to mix some in just a little distilled water…….to let the medicine dropper be able to be used to administer one drop……twice daily.

  9. My 12½ year old yorkie has started getting cataracts. Unfortunately his hearing is declined too so I'm researching possible cataract treatments bar surgery.
Arnie also has a small kidney stone and some kidney impairment. His kidney values are borderline so very early onset. No diabetes or liver issues etc.
Would you recommend these supplements with the health issues he has like the impaired kidney function even if it is early?
Any recommendations on diet or supplements to help kidney function or kidney stones?
    Thank you

  10. I haven't tried Aloe but I have been taking Krill oil (for myself, not my dog) for 7 years now and it corrected my dry eye from taking moisture eye drops in 1.5 weeks. It is truly a miracle.

  11. I’ve heard that if you use one drop of lemon juice in the morning and then a drop of honey at night before you go to bed for 30 days that it will completely heal Cataracts.
I heard it restores your natural ph in your eyes.
I am thinking of trying this on my dogs as well as me, my eyes have been somewhat blurry.
I may also try the aloe.

  12. I saw an Indian video where they say Castor oil will break down the cataracts in humans. I started going that to my dog who has one bad eye and another that’s getting bad. I’m hopeful it will work
I will also try the other supplements you recommend. I’ve been giving her ocuvite half a pill everyday for about a year

    Greetings from Los Angeles

  13. Hi Doc. I have question. My dog woke up blind. I'm taking her to the vet eye doctor today, but what causes a dog to go blind over night? She eats her kibble once a day, but I do give her a piece of weenie sausage every other day as a treat, sometimes a piece of cookie or sweet bread, which I eat often. My weekly diet consist of chicken and rice, and I do give my dogs a serving portion of red or white rice with chicken when I eat. Could diabetes cause blindness? Can this diet cause her to go blind within 48hrs? What do you recommend I do? Thank you very much for your time.
