Purity is emphasized in so many aspects of life, it makes sense that you’d want your CBD to be pure as well. That’s why the company CBDPure was born! This fantastic CBD company has four products that are lovingly crafted with some of the purest CBD available in the country: oils, softgels, creams, and even pet CBD. Today we’ll be reviewing the CBD softgels and cream, but feel free to check out the company’s other products as well. We’ll start off by checking out the actual product and then going over some of the company’s information. Let’s begin!
CBDPure Company Information
CBDPure strives to provide the highest quality of CBD to their customers, which is enforced by their “soil to oil” mentality. Their collection of CBD products ranges from topicals and softgels to pet treats and oils. Their website looks simple at first glance, but there is a wealth of information on the company’s hemp, CBD content, and FAQ’s sprinkled throughout the website. I loved how in-depth the company went to provide as much information about CBD as possible. Beginner and advanced users will appreciate the specifics that the company provides about literally anything CBD-related.
Price vs. Value
CBDPure’s website focuses on four different types of products that are affordably priced and can be ordered in multiple quantities. The CBD Infused Cream goes for $39.99, but you can save about 15% by ordering three, or 30% off six at a time. The same goes for the CBD softgels, which are priced at $89.99 for a month’s supply (30 softgels). If you buy a three month or six month supply, the price drops by 15% and 30% respectively, encouraging large purchase orders instead of a subscription based price. The more you buy at once, the more you save!
Packaging & Ingredients
The CBD Infused Cream tube came packaged in a tall white paper box that had brigh green accents and bold lettering. The packaging and tube displayed directions for use, specific warnings, and distribution information. The ingredients are listed on the tube, packaging, and company website: Water (Aqua), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Menthol, Polyacrylamide, Full Spectrum Hemp (Cannabis Sativa) Oil, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Squalane, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Sodium Hyaluronate, Salix Alba (White Willow) Bark Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Laureth-7, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycerin.
The CBD Softgels I received came in a convenient 7-day pill box that had the day listed in raised initials (Sunday = S, Monday = M, etc) and corresponding Braille. There was 1 identical softgel per section, making it easy to keep track of which day’s portion was consumed last. This particular packaging had the company website and logo clearly displayed and nothing else, but the actual bottle listed on the website showed the recommended dosage, use, and warnings on the label. Each softgel contains a whopping 25mg of CBD per softgel, crafted from natural and organic hemp oil. There was no other ingredient information listed on the site or the label, such as vegan. If you’re attempting to adhere to a particular lifestyle, take note that this product may interfere with your personal preferences.
Product Review: CBD Softgels
I was able to pop open the sectioned pill box and fish out the single CBD softgel. I noted that the softgel was a deep brownish yellow, very similar to pure virgin olive oil. The softgel was very squishy as I rolled it between my thumb and index finger, but surprisingly did not burst even under extreme pressure. The softgel did flatten a bit, but it did not deter me from swallowing it in one easy gulp. The softgel went down easily and was flavorless, leaving no aftertaste. I recommend taking these with a swig of water to assist in swallowing, but other than that, this was an extremely easy product to consume. One humorous thing to note: when I burped, I could taste the flavor of hemp! Not a detriment to the product, just something funny that I wasn’t expecting. Keep in mind that CBD products are designed to be taken over a long period of time before any results are noticed. CBD does not contain any psychoactive elements, unlike Delta-8 THC, which we have several products reviewed already on our site. Now let’s dive into the CBD Infused Cream review!
Product Review: CBD Infused Cream
The CBD Infused Cream is formulated to reduce pain in muscle and joints. I tend to have pain in my neck from sitting for long periods of time, so I decided to use the back of my neck and the back of my hand as my test spots. The cream is sealed with a foil pull-tab to ensure no one used the cream before I did. I unscrewed the flip off cap, tore off the foil, and rescrewed the cap onto the tube. I popped open the flip-off cap and gently squeezed the tube a few times to get a whiff of the cream’s scent. I noted a strong acrid scent of menthol, much like Vick’s VapoRub. I squeezed a bit of the cream onto my hand and noted the cream was slightly off-white and very thin, much like lotion. I spread the cream onto the top of my hand and the back of my neck. While the scent of menthol intensified after spreading it onto my hand and neck, there was a very faint tingling as the menthol soaked into my skin (much stronger on the back of my neck then on my hand). The cream dried quickly and clearly, leaving my skiing feeling soft and luxurious. There was no remaining residue or sticky feeling, and I felt my neck pain slightly fade away as it was replaced by the menthol tingling as it sank into my skin. I loved how the menthol soothed my neck pain and relaxed the muscles gently. The menthol tingingling remained for several minutes and the scent was soothing each time I smelled it. I recommend this to anyone needing instant pain relief, especially for the back of the neck!
Unlike many companies who outsource their hemp, CBD Pure grows their own certified-organic industrial hemp, sans any pesticide or herbicide. The hemp has a high-level of CBD and is used in the production of their CBD oil, which is infused into their many products. Their hemp is 100% legal for consumption in the United States, as it contains less than 0.3% THC which makes it legal to be shipped throughout the country. The company adheres to the strict manufacturing guidelines set by the cGMP and follows stern protocol for enhanced quality control.
CBD Pure controls and tests every step involved in the production of their products to ensure the products are the finest and most naturally sourced CBD in the industry. Their commitment to excellence is proved by their use of independent third-party laboratory testing. Each product has the batch test results and reports listed on the company website (which you can view here), allowing potential customers to click and scroll through the test results at their leisure. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on Lab Test Results tab, and select the product you’re interested in.
CBDPure delivered exactly what was promised: products that have a high CBD content, are crafted with pure premium CBD, and great for daily use to improve overall wellness. The products were premium and came simply packaged. The simple website had tons of information about CBD, how to use it, where the hemp came from, and answers to many commonly asked questions. I was delighted to try these products and urge anyone looking to compliment their daily routines with CBD to try these products.
