  1. I like when Ferideh does drunken cooking. I was inspired to start my own drunken cooking show after seeing the episode when she started the whole Cicely thing. Pretty sure she made cheesy fried rice balls or something. Lol I'm drunk right now so the details are fuzzy.

  2. I add chicory and Coco or cinnamon to my coffee grounds when I make a cup. I grew up in the triangle so we were always drinking good coffee and eating Cajun food.

    I'm going to have to try this egg cream sooner rather than later

  3. Etouffee isn’t a New Orleans dish. It’s a Cajun dish.

    But it’s nice to see someone making it properly (other than the tomatoes) by sautéing veggies first (though it should be done in much more butter and for at least an hour) and then sprinkling flour instead of making a traditional roux first, which is not how it’s done.
