F@ck amsterdam. There have been to many bullets flying around lately. It is a big shithole.
I think they basicly just ban tourists from shops that are close to the border. Lot of tourists from france belgium and germany go there and it is causing a lot of trouble for the neighbourhood. Usually it is kind of a sketchy crowd.
I just go to a regular mid size town. Enough shops to choose from and not so much crime going on.
I plan on going in 2022 for kings day hope it will be ok
