You should be using distilled water in heady rigs or any bong or rig because distilled water does not leave water spots after use if you get distilled water that will never happen ever again you'll never get the little white sting that you see on some people's glass that is because they used drinking water not distilled water so I recommend to use distilled water on any heady piece or any piece that you do not want to get ruined
