    I have been using 0,5 gram daily for years. that never seemed to mess to much with my tolerance especially when you switch strains.
    Sometimes It could be just strain lock and not a tolerance issue.

    I am on a t break now. it totally sucks but it will whoop me so good after i am back in the game. I think there could be a cap there but for me that is over 1 or 1,5 gram a day that i get less high.

    t-breaks safe you money, get you higher after the break. I know t breaksa suck, but not once you have done it. than you are so glad that you did. Right now i am working my way back to the 0,5 gram a day thing after a binge. Also if you keep tolerance low the t breaks will be a lot easier on the withdraws.

    I function a lot better on haze, than on a t break. So i am definately not quiting. just trying tp be a professional reponsible stoner by throwing in a t break once in a while.

  3. I get anxiety panic attacks in the summer time from claustrophobia when driving cars in the heat. I usually take a 3month break during the hot months of the summer, and I will sometimes take a month off in the middle of the year somewere, but I took a 6 month reboot once and remember still feeling high after 2 or 3 months and still having anxiety from it. Our state legalized this year so hopefully I can find some of that stuff that helps with panic and stop smoking the bad stuff!

  4. I just smoked a blunt to myself, took about 10 minutes and I feel nice. If I had 2 or 3 weeks off then smoked this blunt, I wouldn't be able to walk. I know this because I've done it many times 🤤

Stop smoking for 24 hours…that's all you need, no matter how much you smoke on the regular, to see the difference in your tolerance levels beforehand and after…if you think you will struggle for the full 24 hours, pick a fight with your supplier/dis the product enough so they won't want to do business with you for at least 24 hours.

    I don’t break much I just get onto some nice hash for a bit soon get sick and tolerable to that and back to medi bud although I do need my prescription THC level to give up ! Currently at 16% 1%cbd

  9. For me it's more about getting used to the feeling of being high. Of course, my tolerance also increases, but up to a certain point. After that point, I'm high as usual, but it just doesn't feel the same. Like moving into a different house versus already living there for a time. Just doesn't have the same vibe. The unknown or unmanagable isn't there anymore.
