5. We have had a huge outbreak here as well. I was shocked i Have had so many dogs my life span and never has one had a cough ! As soon as I adopted my current companion he got so sick it sounded like he was a baby with whooping cough . All my friends dogs got it ..we all got it from our local park. (Or so we think since that was the only common thing we did was walk and play at the local (on leash) my vet wanted me to put him on 3 weeks of doxy even though the cough had finished and I was keeping him isolated. I just opted to isolate him and keep his cough at bay . You make it look so easy . My buddy does not like honey lemon so getting it down him is not easy he will pick the kibble out of the bowl if I put it on his food LOL 😂
