  4. Well, my dog has an allergy of some sort. I've tried switching to a sensitive systems food, and have had a little relief but not complete.
It is not just seasonal because now that the grass is dormant he is still itching.
    I'm going to try this.

  5. I’m wanting to find out more about this natural remedy Butter Bur my German Shepherd has moderate reaction to:Wheat,Timothy Grass,Dandelion,Ants and (strong)reaction to:Alternaria,Malassezia and currently has injections every 3weeks (which is imported from America)and if this alternative herbal medication would help him I’d be glad to give it to him but need to know correct dosage for him and can I still give him Butter Bur with his allergy injections as well?

  6. Hi Doc! I love your videos! I have rescued animals for 25 years & it can get very expensive treating the many issues that come up. I soon found that natural products to handle some of them was the route to go. But I've run into an issue that I've never had to deal with. My German Shepherd has been scratching for awhile now. We're sure it's not fleas. I took the nit comb & all I found was dandruff & some evidence of coconut oil that I had treated her with. I used a 10x magnifier, like the ones used by jewelers & I thought I saw eggs attached to her hair follicles. They were not white or clear but more like tan. I saw nothing alive. She is scratching so much that she's causing the skin to be irritated & break in some small areas so I finally gave in to buying a product that is suppose to kill lice (as well as fleas & ticks) The chemicals are not something I want on any of our animals & I don't mind telling you, this product that is administered between the shoulder blades, scares me to death! I saw a cat go into seizure from that crap!
Anyway, it's been 2 full days since administering it & there is noticeably less itching but not enough to cause me to think we've been successful. Now I'm wondering about mange? We live on a farm & she is outside but only when we're present. She does not roam freely without supervision & when she's with us, she's usually pretty close to us. We have horses so we do have hay. I know that sometimes hay that has been stored can hold all kinds of little critters. I'm wondering if something got on her from that. I suppose it could be allergies but she's never had any issues with that before. Can you give me an idea of what else we should consider or what might kill mange mites? I appreciate so much your awareness of the benefits of natural products & highly recommend your videos to other animal lovers. Thank you for taking the time to read this or for any help offered. God bless!

  7. LOL, Must really taste bad,,I took my Newfoundland to my vet. for an itchy spot on her tail,,they wanted over $500.00 for testing and meds. I said no, that is crazy,,I already have something called Restore,,with Chlorexidine 3%, Climbazole .05%, Phytosphingosine Saalicyloyl .05%,,from her swimming in a river,,she got a rash,,it cleared the rash in 2 days,,should I be using this on her tail? Can you suggest something natural that would work better? Love your video's!!!
