I think about this database years later when I want to make something to elevate my sandwich game. But I end up still making a Turkey sandwich as normal
Hi guys, I'm a Chef in training and I am very interested in this program however i cant seem to find it anywhere i'd be super happy if someone could tell me where to find it
What a load of bs! The idea of truly making a machine who could make perfect choices would be one thing. This doens't. there are so many flaws in this machine.
AI recipes… this is why I love this series! I hope Simon visits other countries after this series is complete, there has to be more happening around the world
At first I was against this because of how unnatural a process it seemed to be. Then I realized, no its not unnatural its just helping us unlock all the hidden potential in food that have always naturally existed. Ultimately this is an artificial process to uncover a natural end result. But you can no longer see the chefs personality through this method
The idea is very interesting, but the testing they've been doing is completely unscientific. They are biasing themselves by selecting "good" and "bad" combinations, already knowing what they are expecting to taste. There is absolutely no rationale for how certain ingredients bridge two or more other distant ingredients. Add to that how subjective taste is, and you would need to design a placebo controlled, double blind experiment and have hundreds if not thousands of people taste the foods in order to see if anything real is coming out of the system.
Damn youtube recommended me this and i regret not to see this earlier. Well done to the production team and host ! Good insights

This series is awesome and intriguing. On top of that, Simon is really likable. Good job!
This video is blowing my mind.
A program can't teach you passion in food this food hacking is a waste of time and food.
I bet heston blumenthal would be the first to buy this technology.
Or he wouldn't- as he'd wanna figure out all the combinations himself. Either way!
this is so fucking cool

Fascinating.
Yukihira Souma would love this gastronomic program!
loved the series
and where does one get this software?
Amazing, I wonder if he'll put this food app out for the public. That would be spectacular.
This is what Food hacking should be about. Not those previous pretentious bullshit episodes in this series.
Good job, Kita-san.
intro music, anyone?
I loved that series! The innovation mixed with something relatable such as food is awesome. Also Simon is a great host 🙂 Awesome work!
The video is too short!! This software has to make it into an app. It just has to…
