so ono. My first try and it came out good.
I went to Tinroof and had this. It's INSANE. The chicken was crispy, but juicy, sweet, but spicy and umami rich. The Ulu Mac salad was also CRAZY. I don't even like mac salad but I went back and ordered a jar along his kimchi. ALSO IT WAS LIKE $9 THIS MAN IS A SAINT AND A LEGEND
