Hemper has the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order with them containing 2 items. Only one of the items was shipped. When I attempted to contact them I received no response until I emailed them that I was contacting my Credit Card company. Elliot then replied that the are a start up company and if I did that they will never allow me to purchase from them again. We were trying to be nice and only reverse the $15.99 for them item that was never sent; but, unfortunately my husband was in the hospital for a surgery and we were unable to reply back to the fraud department and the amount was once again sent back to Hemper. I contacted Elliot again to let him know what had happen and to ask for him to reimburse us the $15.99 and was told that he will not send me my money back. Sorry Hemper – Word of mouth is powerful! Please beware when ordering their products. P.S. I still get daily spam emails from them!
