Listening to a Master like Masa Takayama was a pleasure. The only disturbing thing was YOUR MUSIC !! It´s nice if you want to touch all sences but the words of a chef like Mr. Takayama who tells about his way of cooking is by far more important than your (too loud) lounge-music.
I'm an Indian, and my primary language is Marathi. I just wanted to say that coz in my language "masa" means "fish", so chef named Masa making "masa" is simply coincidentally awesome.
I love that we see the sous chef helping where he can. Chefs and sous chefs are really one of the last "master and apprentice" rolls that used to be more prevalent in day to day society. It's great to see someone eager to learn helping where they can.

This music is a crime against humanity
I cant hear shit cuz of how high the music is like wtf.?
Why do so many videos, like this one, make the music so hot – that it makes it hard to hear the dialogue?
That bottarga final touch is genius

What type of fish is that? I know he said it but I didn't understand what he said.
Eyeball, eyeball, 💯% soup!
How the hell does someone have such extensive vocabulary and yet can't speak a language for his own life?
What do you mean he COOKS at home? Dude is sitting there eating chopped raw fish, this is not cooking.
Professionally: cooks 3 star Michelin star meals
At home: cooks 4 star Michelin star meals
