I live in NC but I ordered from a health shop in Philadelphia, wasn't clear on the age requirement of delta 8, as I'm 20, and I emailed them and the age is actually 18, at least in Pennsylvania I guess. I had to certify my age with my license and all that. From a shop with 4.8 stars with 500 reviews on Google so it appears to be a reputable source
