Pick your yellow leafs off. Seems to me you plants needed water more then anything.
Stop being lazy and get you a teaspoon and a gallon jug, I'm sure you'll have so much better results

Tap water can be higher than 7ph.

Yeah i would ph your plants for the best results and use purified water not tap wster!!! Tap water has a high ph
His problem isn’t nutes or overwatering. The issues here are small black pots and under watering causing heat issues.
